Delete your Padelizados account

You can ask us to close your account and anonymize your personal data at any time.

From the app

1. Open Padelizados and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account settings → Delete my account.
3. Confirm. You will receive a confirmation email.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from your account's address with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request comes from the account holder before deleting anything.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Your account is closed (it can no longer be used to sign in) and your personal data is anonymized: your name, photo, email, phone, birth date, player profile and avatar are replaced with values that no longer identify you. Your posts and videos stop being shown. In past match and tournament results you appear as “Anonymous player”.
• Kept only where the law requires it: payment receipts and issued electronic invoices (tax obligation in Ecuador), not used for anything else.
• If you have an active subscription or insurance, cancel it first: deletion does not refund what was already paid. If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel there too.

We handle the request within 15 days at most and email you when it is done.
