Padelizados Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of Padelizados, the web and mobile application for padel players and the management platform for clubs and coaches, operated by MSLARCO DESARROLLO S.A.S. (Tax ID / RUC 1793168183001), domiciled in Quito, Ecuador ("MSLARCO", "we", "us"). Contact: [email protected] · padelizados.com.
By creating an account or using Padelizados you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you accept them on behalf of a club or a coach, you represent that you have authority to bind them.
1. The service
Padelizados lets players book courts, enter tournaments and classes, keep the score and statistics of their matches, learn in the video school, challenge other pairs, complete missions, earn experience (XP), ranks and points, progress through the PadelPass season pass, dress their avatar, redeem rewards, have friends and invite other players, take part in the community and in groups, record their matches and, optionally, buy sports insurance. It lets clubs and coaches manage venues, courts, rates, bookings, customers, cash, tournaments, school, rankings and screens. Available features depend on each club's plan and on the player's membership, and may change over time.
2. Who may use Padelizados
- Each person uses their own account with a verified email. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; anything done from your session is deemed done by you. One person, one account.
- You can sign in with email and password or with your Google or Apple account. We never see your Google or Apple password.
- When you sign up you give your real birth date.
- Minors under 18 may use Padelizados with the authorization of their parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf. A minor has no public profile: nobody can search for them or add them as a friend in the player network, and they are not shown personalized advertising. Purchases by a minor require their guardian's authorization.
3. Your content
What you post or upload to Padelizados (photos, videos of your matches, posts, comments, results) is yours. You grant us only the license needed to operate the service: to store it, process it, display it to the people your privacy settings allow, and back it up. We do not sell your content.
You are responsible for what you post. If you record a match, you must have the consent of the people who appear in it, especially if minors are involved.
4. Clubs and coaches
- Each club is responsible for the data generated at it (bookings, payments, enrollments, notes and school evaluations). MSLARCO acts as data processor for that data and processes it only to provide the service.
- The club sets its rates and its booking, payment and cancellation rules, and informs its players.
- Payments for bookings, classes and enrollments are made to the club: at its front desk, by bank transfer or online through the club's own payment gateway. MSLARCO does not hold that money; refunds and claims for those charges are handled by the club.
- The club pays MSLARCO for its plan at the published prices, VAT included.
5. Player memberships, payments and renewal
- Padelizados offers player memberships (Essential, Plus, Pro and Premium), monthly or yearly. What each one includes and its price are shown before you subscribe. There are no free trial periods.
- You can pay by card on the web, on the App Store or on Google Play. Prices inside the applications may differ from the web because they include each store's commission.
- Memberships renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand.
- If you purchased on the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google charges you, against your account with that store. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. To cancel or change plans, use the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account at least 24 hours before the current period ends; we cannot cancel it for you from Padelizados. Deleting the application does not cancel the membership. Refunds for those purchases are handled by the store under its own policies.
- If you pay by card on the web, you can cancel from the application itself; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by a third-party gateway (Paymentez/Nuvei) and we do not store your full card number.
- If you change plans, the change applies at the next renewal unless the store states otherwise.
- Unless the law provides otherwise, payments made on the web are non-refundable for periods already started.
6. XP, ranks, points and digital items
- Experience (XP), ranks, badges and points are earned by using the application (matches, missions, school, challenges, invitations, PadelPass and events). Some memberships give a bonus on what you earn.
- Points are not money: they cannot be bought with money, are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and expire 12 months after they are earned. They are used to redeem rewards and items inside Padelizados while stock lasts.
- Avatar clothing, accessories and auras you buy with money (on the App Store or Google Play) or obtain with points, QR codes, missions or the PadelPass are a license to use them inside Padelizados, not goods you can sell or transfer. You keep them in your account even if you reinstall the application.
- Auras. There are two kinds:
- Membership auras: each membership has its own, shown behind your avatar only while the membership is active; when it expires or is cancelled, the aura disappears. They are not sold and cannot be obtained any other way.
- Collection auras: obtained forever with points or with a store purchase, and independent of the membership. If you have both, you choose which one to wear.
- Your aura is shown on your profile, like your avatar. We never show how much you paid.
- If we withdraw from the catalog an item you obtained with points, we give those points back. If the store refunds a purchase, we remove what that purchase gave you.
- We may correct balances or withdraw benefits obtained by mistake, fraud or result manipulation.
7. PadelPass, the season pass
- Each season lasts a quarter (January–March, April–June, July–September and October–December, Ecuador time) and has 50 levels. Your pass level rises with the XP you earn in the season and goes back to 1 when the next one starts. Your rank never drops.
- Each level has a reward on the free track and another on the Member track, which you can claim if you have an active membership at that moment. Anything you do not claim is credited automatically when the season closes, except the Member track if you no longer have a membership.
- Purchased levels. You can buy level packs on the App Store or Google Play, up to 15 levels per season. Purchased levels only raise your pass level: they give no XP, do not change your position on the season leaderboard or your rank, and do not count toward physical prizes. A purchase over the cap is not credited and is refunded. Refunds for these purchases are handled by the store; if it refunds you, we remove those levels while the season is still open.
- Season clothing items are not sold in the clothing store.
8. Prizes, sponsors and missions
- Season physical prizes. They are awarded on merit: by your position on the season leaderboard, which only counts XP earned by playing, and by the pass level you reached by playing. They are not raffled and do not depend on paying: neither the membership nor purchased levels bring you closer to a prize. Each season's rules (prizes, positions, minimum level, cities and delivery) are published before it starts. The prize is delivered as a redemption with a code to pick up at a participating club; it is personal and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Rewards in the redemption store are delivered by Padelizados, participating clubs or sponsors, as stated for each reward, and are subject to availability.
- Sponsored missions, events or challenges may have their own conditions, published before you take part.
- No draws tied to purchases. Padelizados does not run draws that require buying or paying. If there is ever a draw, it will require no purchase and its rules will be published in accordance with Ecuadorian regulations. A tournament bracket draw is only the way matchups are set.
- Links to sponsors' stores or sites lead to third-party services governed by their own terms.
9. Invitations
- You have your own invitation code and link. They only work for new accounts, shortly after they sign up.
- The person who invites earns XP in stages, as the invitee verifies their phone, plays for the first time and keeps playing matches confirmed by other people, within a time limit. There is a cap on invitees that give XP per season. The invitee gets a welcome bonus. Current amounts, time limits and caps are shown in "Invite your friends".
- When the code is used, the inviter and the invitee become friends.
- Abuse. You may not create fake or duplicate accounts, invite yourself, use the same phone or device for several accounts, make up matches or spam the code. To detect it we compute risk signals (see the Privacy Policy). If there are signs of fraud, the XP from that invitation may be held until a person on our team reviews it, and XP obtained improperly may be reversed. The final decision is always made by a person; if you disagree, write to [email protected] and we will review it again.
10. Friends and community
- Friendship requires a request and acceptance. You can cancel a request, remove a friend or block anyone: a blocked person cannot find you, send you requests, challenge you or invite you. The friends leaderboard shows each person's position on the overall leaderboard.
- In the community, in groups and in comments, treat others with respect. You can report a post, a comment or a profile. The group's or club's moderators, or our team, review reports and may hide content or suspend accounts.
11. School and certificates
The school has modules with lessons and tests. When you pass, you may receive a Padelizados certificate, depending on your membership; with the membership that includes it, anyone can verify it online with its code. It recognizes your progress inside Padelizados: it is not an official qualification and does not entitle you to teach. Your streak is counted in weeks with at least one activity; a streak protector saves a week without playing.
12. Sports insurance
Sports insurance is optional and independent of the memberships. It is issued by an authorized insurer, which sets the coverage, price and policy conditions and handles assistance and claims. Padelizados shows the offer, collects the data the insurer requires with your consent and, where applicable, collects the premium on the insurer's behalf. Read the policy conditions before buying.
13. Acceptable use
You may not: falsify results to alter a ranking, level, XP or points; use multiple accounts to obtain benefits; harass, discriminate against or endanger other people, especially minors; post unlawful content or third-party data without authorization; attempt to access other people's data, breach security, reverse engineer or overload the service; or resell the service without authorization. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
14. App store purchases
If you downloaded Padelizados from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you acknowledge that Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms, are not responsible for the application or its support, and have no obligation regarding the service. Any claim related to the application is addressed to us. Your use of the application must also comply with the applicable store's terms; that store is also the one that charges you and handles refunds for anything you buy inside the application. On iOS, Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies.
15. Availability and changes
We work to keep Padelizados continuously available, but we do not guarantee an uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, add or remove features. If a change substantially reduces what a paid membership includes, we will give you reasonable advance notice.
16. Intellectual property
The software, trademarks, design, school videos and all Padelizados material other than your content belong to us or are licensed to us. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application under these Terms. The software is licensed, not sold.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the service, nor for the commercial relationship between the player and the club, nor for injuries that occur while playing (that is what the optional sports insurance is for). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted by consumer-protection law.
18. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using Padelizados and request deletion of your account at any time from the application (Profile → Delete my account) or by following the instructions at padelizados.com/en/legal/delete-account. Your account is closed and your personal data is anonymized, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close your account for serious breach of these Terms, notifying you unless the law or security prevents it.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Quito, without prejudice to any applicable consumer-protection rules.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version in the application and on the web with its date; if a change is substantial, we will announce it within the service before it takes effect. Continuing to use Padelizados after that date means you accept the updated version.
